Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your preference. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. For monthly plans, you'll be billed on the same date each month. For annual plans, you'll be billed once per year on your subscription anniversary.

With the One Book Monthly and Double the Fun plans, you receive tokens each month that can be redeemed for physical books. Each token allows you to select one personalized book from our library. Tokens are automatically added to your account on your billing date. Unused tokens roll over for up to 3 months, giving you flexibility in when you order your books.

Once you've personalized and ordered your physical book, production typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but generally range from 5-10 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. You can track your order status through your account dashboard.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. When upgrading, the new rate will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused tokens from your previous plan will remain in your account until used or expired.

You can add additional child profiles to any subscription plan for $9.99 per month per child. Each additional child profile includes digital access and one physical book per month. To add a child profile, go to your account settings and select "Add Child Profile." The additional charge will be prorated for your current billing cycle and then added to your regular subscription fee.
